We know every distillery operates just a little (or a lot) differently, so our Education Coordinator will work with you to maximize the value of the program for your unique needs.
We partner with the James B. Beam Distilling Company to offer an extensive in-depth training for distillery operators. As a Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program, this offering includes approximately 2000 hours of on-the-job training where apprentices apply hands-on science and engineering concepts they learn through the ~180 hours of Related Technical Instruction that the Beam Institute and our Faculty Fellows provide to trainees.
This offering is currently exclusive to the James B. Beam Distilling Co. through our partnership, but we anticipate opportunities to expand so don't hesitate to reach out to our
Education Coordinator if you are interested!
