Conference vendor booths are sold out for the 2025 conference. To find out more about partnerships, please e-mail ilka.balk@uky.edu
For vendors who have paid their invoice, you can use the Whova App booth selection tool to pick your location in the expo venue starting November 21, 2024 at 10 am EST. Instructions on the process can be found here. The link to the registration/booth selection tool will be emailed to vendors who have paid at 10 am EST on November 21, 2024. Vendors who pay later will receive the link after (credit card) payment or proof of (check) payment is sent.
