Presentation Formats
A full presentation would be 20 minutes long, usually Power Point or similar to provide visuals. It would discuss a specific technical, business or sustainability subject or research area. The presentation should include some scientific evidence of your hypothesis and/or demonstrate best practices and the proven results of such practices. You should provide the reasons for your research and examples of how this is applied in industry or research.
A Rapid Fire presentation is up to five minutes long. There will be about 10 presenters in a 75 minute span, each presenting a snapshot of their knowledge to foster discussion and further investigation. These presentations are ideal for floating ideas that are still in need of further investigation, or to present a very specific topic briefly.
A poster is a way to present informally to attendees visiting the expo and poster sessions. It allows for the presenter to have small group conversations or one on one conversations to discuss research and topics around distillation and related industries. Presenters will gain insight on future research directions or new investigation techniques through these interactions.
